Dates: Welcome dinner April 15, workshop dates April 16, 17, and 18 (you will want to arrive in Denver on April 15 and plan to leave on April 19).
Join us for a three-day, fully immersive on-farm retreat designed for anyone who wants to deepen their connection with the land, build practical growing skills, and experience the joy of truly local food. Set on our working regenerative flower farm, this intimate retreat blends hands-on instruction, regenerative farming knowledge, and delicious farm-to-table meals into an unforgettable experience.
Each day begins with a French-inspired breakfast at the farm—fresh pastries, fromage, seasonal fruit, eggs, and good coffee—enjoyed together before we head out for our morning work session. This first block of instruction covers foundational skills such as seed starting with soil blocking and wooden trays, planting techniques, flower timing and best practices, and how to set your crops up for success from day one.
We’ll break midday for a nourishing lunch featuring fresh, local ingredients, followed by optional rest time to read, relax, or wander the farm. In the afternoon, we’ll reconvene for a second work session, diving deeper into hands-on skills like weed prevention strategies, mulching methods, cover crop planting and management, and core soil health principles that support a thriving, resilient growing space.
Late afternoon offers a self-guided break—a chance to take a restorative walk through the field or nearby lake, meditate, rest in the shade, or simply chat with new friends over a glass of wine (included)—before we gather again for a farm-to-table dinner prepared onsite. Each evening meal showcases seasonal produce and local flavors, offering a delicious reflection of the land you’ve spent the day learning from.
Whether you’re looking to refine your gardening techniques, start growing more sustainably, or simply reconnect with where your food comes from, this retreat offers a meaningful and memorable farm-to-table learning experience.
Come ready to learn, eat well, get your hands in the soil, and leave inspired.
